That means the reality of what sells a home is a little different than just fixing up the inside. Stained or missing siding, roof leaks, or drafty windows can all be enough to spook a new buyer. Todays home owners want to make the inside of their homes unique to themselves, so when they purchase a home they don’t want to have to budget for maintenance as well.
